Brandon Jellison MBA, LMT

How do I walk my talk?

For myself “walking my talk” shows up as doing ironman and half ironman distance triathlons which means I regularly run, bike, and swim, which is supported by quality sleep hygiene and a nutrient dense diet. I enjoy skiing and quality time with my family. I deepen my meditation practice by participating in intensive Vajrayana meditation retreats a few times a year.

About Brandon

I've been practicing structural integration for almost 30 years and studied with master bodywork teachers from around the world. My vibrant career began as a hobby when he was 15 years old with Reiki and Reflexology certifications my freshman year of high school. In my sophomore and junior year of college I trained in Rolf Strucutral Integration for two years with master teacher Dub Leigh, the assistant of both Ida Rolf’s and Moshe Feldenkraise in the 1960’s. Post college, while working on a Lobster boat in Maine, my captain suggested that my hobby could be a clue to my future career. So in 2004 picked up a moved to Colorado to attend the famed Boulder College of Massage and have continued training over the next decades; Thai Massage in Thailand, all the Cranial Sacral Therapy courses with Upledger Institute, and Meditation Instructor training from Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Most recently he completed an MBA from Babson College, the #2 business school in 2019 to provide the necessary training to open Lavender Farm Wellness.
